Why is more order taking so long to ship ?

All orders undergo a thorough processing period before shipment. Processing typically takes 1–10 business days and includes receiving the hair, washing and conditioning, careful packaging, and delivery to our shipping carrier. We take these steps to ensure your order arrives fresh, clean, and beautifully prepared for you.

How long is shipping ?

Shipping time depends on the carrier. Any issues with your order during transport MUST be taken up with the shipping carrier and not Fine Tresses Extensions.

Why is my hair texture different after manipulating my hair?

After you purchase our hair, Fine Tresses is NOT responsible for any damage done by manipulation of the hair. Manipulation counts as coloring, bleaching, perming, atypical washing styles such as in the washing machine and more.Maximum quality of our hair is only guaranteed in the state in which you receive it from us. All of our hair is washed and conditioned before being shipped and is immediately ready for install.

I have issues with my order. What do I do ?

Fine Tresses Extensions is a small and new black owned business and is open to discussing any customers dissatisfaction with our hair.

Please be advised that Fine Tresses Extensions DOES NOT source,cut,weft, and supply any of our bundles. Therefore, we cannot quality control every bundle that is shipped. If you are unsatisfied with your order, feel free to email us at finetressesextensions@gmail.com with any videos and photos of OUR hair that you purchased including the order number and invoice slip. We will try our best to get back to you with a solution.
